When I first encountered Tilak on the north
shore
of
Kauai
, it was like a breath of fresh air, a light and lifting breath that
made me smile and giggle with delight.
Here was a man, a beautiful man in spirit and form, with an
obviously highly developed consciousness standing before me, offering
wisdom of such a profound and simple nature that it might be easy to
dismiss except for the fact that it was irresistible and what I deeply
knew to be true. He offered
no new startling insights into the psyche or cathartic processes for
emotional release, simply an opening of energy and brilliance that
offered the possibility of living a life without resistance.
(Think about it… a life without resistance…ever!)
His understanding brings the exploration of consciousness to a
new dimension, one that breaks reality and invites us to transform our
time/space boundaries. He is
not a guru or mystic. His
work is not based on any tradition, religion or philosophy.
He merely extends the invitation to play full-out in the field of
lightness and true liberation. He
has also written a treasure of a book titled Breaking Reality.
Like his speaking, it is so simple and sweet, yet I have found
myself returning to it over and over again only to find a unending
supply of invigorating and inspiring words that ignite my passion and
carry me away in waves of light reminding me that nothing is really a
big deal! I could go on and
on trying to express the profound appreciation that I have for what
Tilak is offering to the world but it will never means so much as your
own experience of the beautiful truths he holds. I highly recommend that
you hear him speak, experience his presence or just buy his book and see
for yourself if this isn’t just the most delicious invitation you’ve
been offered in a very long time.
